Fee Structure
| Full Acquisition Management : | 2.5% of the purchase price, or 1% + 10% of the capital growth on re-sale |
| Selling fee (payable to local agent) : | to be negotiated |
| Furnishing and preparation (optional) : | 20% of amount expended |
| Letting and management fee (optional) : | 20% of gross rental income |
All fees are subject to VAT/IVA at prevailing rates – currently 17.5% (UK), 7% or 16.5% (Spain)
